Shipping & Returns

Garment Graphixs operates 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am– 5:30 pm.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 5 working days. Please note that any orders received over a weekend will not start to be processed until the following Monday.

Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as part of our 5 day delivery policy.

All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail and Parcel Force. For more information on their pricing and services, please visit www.royalmail.com and www.parcelforce.com. Pricing is based on the weight of an order and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

If you should wish to return an item, please contact us withing 24 hours of receiving your order on +44 28 9077 7114 or by emailing customer.services[at]garmentgraphixs.co.uk (replace the [at] with the @ sysmbol).  If an item has been damaged in transit or the order dispatched incorrectly, Garment Graphixs will pay for the cost of returing the item(s) and, where applicable, resending the item(s).  If an item is being returned for any other reason (e.g. incorrect size ordered, item no longer required, etc.) then the customer will be responsible for any additional shiping costs.
