When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in £ sterling and exclusive of post and packing and exclusive of VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. Garment Graphixs Ltd reserves the right to decline an order.

Credit card security is one of the top priorities at Garment Graphixs Ltd which is why we can guarantee secure ordering for our customers.
Our online credit card processing is carried out by REALEX. This secure processor ensures all customer details are encrypted and are never disclosed to third parties. We will not approach you for credit card details; if you believe you have received fraudulent emails please contact us immediately. Payments may also be made in our secure area (non REALEX payments) and will be processed offline.
Garment Graphixs Ltd will not provide customer credit card information to anyone outside of the company unless required to do so by a court ruling.

Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.
Sizes and colours given on this website are approximate and for guidance only. Selecting garment sizes is the responsibility of the Customer and Garment Graphixs will not be held responsible when incorrect sizes are ordered by the Customer.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. There may be a small delay if on occasion an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warning, cancel or discontinue styles.
In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may go on "Back Order". You may also be offered the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer. We will contact you to discuss your order if necessary.
Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Garment Graphixs Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please Contact Us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Garment Graphixs Ltd, until payment for the goods are received in full.

Goods are delivered by Fastway Courier Service, Parcelforce Courier or Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, a second delivery charge may be incurred if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected.

The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be up to 20 working days. If this problem arises, Garment Graphixs will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. In normal circumstances, please allow 10 working days for delivery. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.
For embroidered and printed items, please allow up-to 14 working days.
Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Garment Graphixs, you should Contact Us. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation, within 14 days. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.
Cancellation of Order
We will refund the product purchase cost only, (i.e. less your original postage costs) applicable to all returns. Note; this includes the ordering of wrong size, style & colour preferences. The product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable condition at our full retail website price. Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product.
To return an item simply send it to us at the below address along with the picking list or invoice and a note requesting either a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition.

Garment Graphixs cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not.
Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow up-to 30 days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.
